'V' Is For Venom.....

Yep, when it comes to mucking up my beautiful Red & Blues, nobody does a better job than my favorite playmate Venom. This picture was released yesterday of Eddie "doing his thing".

Sheeeesh, sucks to be him.

I never could understand all the hooplah surrounding Venom. Yea, he looks cool with the teeth and all but he's got a serious orthopedic problem. His over active salivary glands has got to result in extremely embarassing situations (especially with the ladies...) But all in all, I will say this about my orally challenged friend, He's one tough nut to crack. Other than Carnage, Venom is hands down one of the toughest villains I've ever faced.

You Webslinger fans out there are indeed going to be treated to the battle of a lifetime when you make it to the theaters on May 4th, 2007. I've recieved my share of Emails from fans concerned that Venom will be ruined because of the way Venom looks in the comics can't be transferred to film.

Trust me - Sam won't let you guys down! The work those guys do is nothing short of incredible. If anyone should be concerned it should be Yours Truly! Unless you've stared Venom down eye to eye, it's hard to imagine that any special effects team could get him right! However...

I'm not concerned.
